HueBack 30-Day "Love Your Color" Guarantee & Return Policy

At HueBack, we stand behind our color. Love your color in 30 days, or your money back — even if you've used it.

1. Guarantee Period

This guarantee lasts for 30 days, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.

2. What is Covered?

If you don't love your color, your coverage, or the way your hair feels, we refund the price you paid — even if the bottle has been opened and used. No forms, no hoops.

We also replace or refund, at no charge, any product that arrives defective, leaking or damaged in transit.

3. How to Claim Your Guarantee

  • Contact us: email our support team at support@hueback.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include: your order number. For a damaged or leaking product, add a photo or short video of the issue.
  • Response: our team replies within 48 hours.
  • Refund: once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. You don't need to send the bottle back.

4. What is Not Covered?

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Orders that were not purchased directly from our official store (hueback.com).

5. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is issued, the guarantee continues from the original delivery date; it does not restart with the arrival of the replacement product.

6. Transferability

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from our official store (hueback.com).

7. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer

HueBack's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product as described above. HueBack is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Hair color products may cause allergic reactions: always perform a 48-hour skin patch test before every application. HueBack shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, scalp injuries, hair damage, or medical expenses resulting from the failure to perform a patch test or from individual sensitivities. Results depend on your base hair color and condition.
